How much is our HOA Dues?
HOA Dues are paid annually. The cost is $305 per household. Thank you for your timely and full payment.

How do I pay my annual Dues?
If we have a current email address, you will receive an invoice via email with instructions to pay on-line. You can also pay via check payable to Smithwick Crossing HOA and mail it to:

When are HOA meetings scheduled?
We will have at lease one annual HOA meeting a year with other meetings potentially scheduled. All meetings will be announced in advanced via email and posted at the pool

When is the pool open and closed?
The opening and closing of the pool will largely depend on the weather temperature. In general we plan to open the pool before Memorial Day and close after Labor Day.
